Event Scope and Setup

Glizmuâ„  Pilot Parties are exclusive events where invited guests experience the platform in action before anyone else. Guests enjoy free food, live entertainment, and access to a cash bar while testing the system in a real-world setting. These parties let us gather feedback directly, create a lively social atmosphere that celebrates innovation, and give early supporters a first look while helping shape the future of the platform.

Scope

Pilot Parties are weekly events designed to boost engagement and revenue on lower-traffic nights for partner venues, while building adoption for Glizmuâ„  and Flexa. The goal is to create lively, social atmospheres that introduce guests to the Glizmuâ„  experience in a relaxed setting, while giving us the opportunity to test the platform across multiple live environments.

Setup

Each week, the venue hosts a Glizmu℠ event on a night of their choice — ideally one that could use a boost in traffic. The venue sells its own drinks from its bar and keeps 100% of the revenue from those sales. To keep things exciting, events are built around rotating themes such as trivia, contests, holiday tie-ins, retro nights, music spotlights, or game nights — giving guests a fresh, fun experience every time.
