Customers download the free app and configure their personal profile, nutritional profile, venue preferences, etc. Venues sign-up for our easy-to-use venue management platform to create and update menus, staff, and order fulfillment flow.

1) Order on your phone

Customers open Glizmu℠ on their phone and instantly browse the current venue’s menu (Smart Menu). Glizmu℠ travels with you from venue to venue, making it easy to order from any participating venue.

2) Pay faster and safer

Customers place their orders and pay from their seat, on the dance floor, while waiting to be seated, or even while en route to the venue. Their financial data stays private from the venue because with Glizmu there’s no need to swipe or scan a card.

3) Faster service

After your order is accepted by the kitchen, bar, etc., you’ll see a real-time prep status and get notified to pick up from the host counter or to expect table delivery. For delivery, the app notifies you when a runner is on the way, and records the drop.

Does Glizmu℠ take the personal touch from ordering?

No. By automating orders, payments, and receipts, staff can focus on hosting, greeting, and upselling instead of rushing to take orders and collect payments, which consumes most of their time now. Starbucks, McDonald’s, and others have seen upwards of 20% revenue gains with digital self-serve models. Glizmu℠ brings that power to independent venues, but with more flexibility, more affordability, and far more features for customers to enjoy.

Are there any other costs involved with using Glizmu?

No. Glizmu℠ only charges the 3.5% + 30 cents per transaction. Beyond the transaction charge, the platform is free for customers and venues.

Will it replace the current POS system in a venue?

No. Glizmu℠ can run alongside your current POS as an alternative, independant payment/order channel for Glizmu℠ users. In fact, it is so self-sufficient, that customers don't even need their physical debit/credit card at the venue to purchase through Glizmu℠.

Doesn't other venues do this already?

No. Glizmu℠ is accessed through your phone or any other personal device. It connects to any partner venue automatically upon your entrance. It keeps your card info hidden from venues and carries your personal preferences and nutrition profile anywhere you go. Other digital systems in venues can't do this and people must still stand in line to use them during peak hours.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We follow privacy-by-design: minimal data collection, and state-of-the-art encryption at rest/in transit.

What devices do I need?

For customers and venues, any mobile device including a phone, and large screen monitors (when needed).
